St Charles: New Consignor Drop Off Orientations for ST CHARLES are on Tuesdays. Any time between 10:30 am and 5:00 pm. This process takes 15-20 minutes. Please bring AT LEAST 10 items, but no more than 25 items folded neatly in a bin or a laundry basket - no hangers, no boxes and no bags please. We are FULL in ladies' dresses, pants and skirts so please limit to no more than 3 of each in your drop in white or bright colors for SUMMER.

We accept Men's clothing (new or like new), Women's clothing, and the following for children in St Charles: Hanna Andersson, Tea Collection, Hudson, Mayoral, North Face, Tucker + Tate, Mini Boden, Matilda Jane, Janie & Jack, Gymboree Sets, CrewCuts, Zara, and boutique items.

We are now accepting small housewares and FURNITURE items at St Charles! Items must be current trends and able to fit in a mini van. Please no dishes or picture frames. Please email any furniture items you wish to consign with us before bringing them in: doubletakeconsignment3@gmail.com

Crystal Lake: NEW CONSIGNORS:  Wednesday is OPEN Enrollment. 9:30-5:30 * You may bring in Up To 25 freshly laundered items laid FLAT in a bin or basket, all closures should be fastened (NO hangers). Toys should be clean, complete, working. For your First Time: We will go through the contract with you and sort your items. You will take your bin and No Thank You's home with you (please no more than 3 bigger items per drop off, ie: dollhouse, swing, etc). Call with Questions! 815-444-8711

(After January:) NEW Consignor Walk-In WEDNESDAYs (9:30am - 5:30 pm) Jan-April, July-Sept OR call us to schedule an appointment for your orientation (only if Wednesdays do NOT work for you).    Infant, Kids, Teen, Womens, Mens, Maternity (teen & adult clothing from last 3-5 yrs) 815-444-8711 or stop by with any questions. For Both Stores: We take excellent items in like new condition from the last 3-4 years. We accept children's sizes newborn through teen, shoes, toys, baby gear & children's books in Crystal Lake. We were a children's store first in Crystal Lake and are continuing to offer a full selection of kids' items in Crystal Lake - if you have adult items only, please consider taking them to our St Charles location. 

Please bring us you kids' items first in Crystal Lake. For women we accept maternity, boutique like clothing items, shoes, purses & accessories. We also accept MEN'S items.We are not taking any women's suits at this time at either location. MENS/Boys Suits in teen sizes/styles are accepted at Crystal Lake at this time. We are sometimes full in women's pants and dresses and are only taking unique items in those categories. All established consignors can drop off every 2 weeks any day but Sunday. Does NOT need to be a Tuesday or Wednesday. One account per household please. Please click on the following link and read our agreement, print, sign and date and bring it with you.
